Meet Jackson Rowles of the Columbia, MD PLNT Burger

When Jackson isn’t performing and studying music in Boston, you’ll find him in his hometown of Columbia, MD helping to spread the joys of plant-based cuisine. At PLNT Burger, his passion and drive for food and veganism is ignited by the hours he commits to making delicious burgers while also helping the environment. Vegan for more than two years, Jackson has chosen a path of plant-based eating to contribute to the global need for more kindness to our earth and for those that call it home. With experience in multiple vegan kitchens and an enthusiasm for culinary artistry, Jackson is inspired and delighted to be cooking at PLNT Burger. He recommends the Crispy Chicken Funguy sandwich in a swiss chard wrap!
