Meet The PLNTeam: Coby Glasserow

We are proud to introduce Coby Glasserow, our store team leader at our Silver Spring location. After graduating from American University with a BA, she decided to make a change and follow her heart to a career in the culinary community. She graduated from the Art Institute of Washington with a Certificate of Culinary Arts and worked her way through some of the DMV's best restaurants including Bourbon Steak, BlackSalt, and most recently as the Executive Sous Chef at the Mason and Rook Hotel. She spends her spare time volunteering with the Junior League of Washington, helping to improve the community in which she works and lives. While she has only been with us for a short time, she has already established a new role for herself as the Director of Community Engagement. Coby's favorite item on our menu is the Mushroom Bacon BBQ Burger with jalapeños.
